Refund & Returns Policy

At Centro, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction with our products. As we expand our business to include online sales, we have updated our returns policy to accommodate both in-store and online purchases. Please read the following policy carefully:

Inspection and Return Eligibility:

For in-store purchases, we understand the importance of inspecting the items before making a purchase. We will only be able to issue a refund if the product is considered faulty (not functioning properly or contains a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured) after purchase. Any physical or visible damage will be eligible for a refund if the returned item was sold in a closed box, and the damage is not a result of customer alteration, mishandling, accident, or abuse.

For online purchases, we extend the same eligibility criteria. However, we understand that you were not able to physically inspect the item before purchase. Therefore, we allow a return if the product is faulty or does not meet your expectations upon delivery.

Condition and Packaging:

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging materials, if any. If you received any collectibles, please include any provided certificates of authenticity, grading, or appraisal when returning the item.

Timeframe for Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, both for in-store and online purchases. After this period, we will not be able to process a return.

Refund Method:

If the return is valid, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. For in-store purchases made with a debit or credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for in-store purchases. If the original payment was made in cash and the return is valid, we can offer a store credit, gift card, or exchange.

Proof of Purchase:

To process your return, please provide the receipt of sale or any information that allows us to locate your purchase in our systems. This includes the exact date of purchase, tab name, and the name and valid ID of the cardholder.

Online Purchase Returns:

For online purchases, please contact our customer support team or initiate the return process through our website or sending an email to yall@centro-ut.com. We will provide further instructions on how to return the item and ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience.

Shipping Costs:

a. Faulty or Defective Item:

If you are returning an item due to being faulty or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please reach out to our customer support team for further instructions on returning the item.

b. Change of Mind or Non-Defective Returns:

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or for reasons other than a product defect, the responsibility for paying the return shipping costs will fall on you as the customer. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item. Please note that any original shipping charges incurred during the purchase will not be refunded.
